Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders via J&T Express, a reliable courier service with nationwide coverage across the Philippines. We also offer same-day delivery options via pickup and Lalamove for customers in our local area.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- •Luzon (including Metro Manila): 1-3 business days
- •Visayas & Mindanao: 3-7 business days
- •Same Day Delivery: Available via pickup and Lalamove (local area only)

Pickup Option - FREE!
Save on shipping fees by picking up your order at our Cabanatuan City location. No shipping charges apply for pickup orders!

How it works:
- Select "Pick up" as delivery method during checkout
- Complete payment within 24 hours
- Send us a message to prepare your order. No messages, no pickup.
- We'll notify you when your order is ready (usually same day for orders before 2 PM)
- Pick up your items within 7 days. Paid orders will not be cancelled.
Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Note: Shipping fees vary based on your location and the pouch size you select at checkout. Choose between small and medium pouches based on your order size.
Item Protection & Insurance
All orders are shipped with J&T Express standard coverage, which provides protection for your items during transit.
Standard Insurance Coverage:
All items are insured for up to ₱1,000 at no additional cost to you.
Additional Insurance (Optional):
For orders with items valued over ₱1,000, you can purchase additional insurance:
- • Additional insurance is calculated at 1% of the total order amount
- • Recommended for high-value orders to ensure full coverage
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, you must have recorded a video of the unboxing process. Without video proof, we cannot process any claims for returns or refunds.
To Report Damage:
- Record a video while opening the parcel - Start recording before opening the package and show the condition of all items
- Contact us via Facebook Messenger or our contact form
- Include your order number and the unboxing video showing the damage
- Submit your claim within 48 hours of receiving the package
⚠️ Claims without video evidence or filed after 48 hours cannot be processed. The video must show the opening of the sealed package and the condition of all items inside.
